Hydrogen Peroxide Teeth Whitening
What happens if you accidentally swallow a hydrogen peroxide teeth whitening pre-rinse product while gargling?
I was gargling with a teeth whitening mouth wash prior to brushing my teeth and accidentally swallowed some. It caused me to start throwing up quite violently with a very small amount of blood. Is there any problems that this can cause? My stomache hurts and my throat hurts now.

because hydrogen peroxide is a POISON to your body you will VOMIT.
You should drink at least 8 oz. of plain water to dilute any remaining peroxide. Your stomach/throat will recover

If it continues, you need to see a doctor immediately. For now, just watch it and see what happens. The product is made for oral use, so it can’t be all that harmful.
I would call your doctor or call the number on the bottle
go to the doctor as soon as possible, the peroxide is eating away at your stomach lining, and eventually it can kill you.
