   Do not attemp any bleaching proceedure by yourself. Bleaching concentration of H2O2 and baking soda are more caustic in nature. It should be done by the dentist. Or you will damage your gums. SO DO NOT ATTAEMPT.

   here’s what i do. mix baking soda w/ hydrogen peroxide. make it like a paste. brush for 2 minutes, but don’t swallow it! believe me, you won’t want to! you can add a little toothpaste for flavor. spit, then brush with regular toothpaste. do this 2x a week
