After rinsing my mouth w/ hydrogen peroxide for teeth whitening should i brush my teeth or is it safe enough ?

to let the peroxide sit on my teeth overnight. Is there any damage that is being done to my teeth?

    You should not be rinsing with straight peroxide. Too much exposure to peroxide can actually break down the enamel on the teeth. Always dilute peroxide with 50% water.
