How to Choose a Teeth Whitening Dentist
Executive summary about teeth whitening dentist by RJ Licata
Once you’ve made the decision to have your teeth whitened professionally the next step is choosing a dentist to perform the procedure. Even if you end up going with your regular dentist, it’s usually in your best interest to shop around first. Since teeth whitening is considered cosmetic, most insurance companies don’t cover it. See if anybody you know has recently had their teeth whitened (if they’ll admit it). Take a look at their teeth and ask yourself if you’d be satisfied if your teeth were whitened to that shade. Finally, ask them if they’d recommend the dentist who performed their treatment.
Another way to research a teeth whitening dentist is to go through the phone book. In your local phone book you’ll find dozens of dentists who have offices in your area. Call a few of them and ask if they perform tooth whitening procedures. If they do, see if you can schedule a meeting with them to discuss the treatment.
I believe the active ingredient used in teeth whitening gels when used in a mould on the teeth is hydrogen peroxide. I wish to know what percentage is used.
I have somewhat white teeth but they could be better. I want to know what is the best toothpaste that makes your teeth whiter. What I am using now doesn’t do much for me. It is " Crest Whitening Expressions". I have been using it for months now and nothing has changed. I brush my teeth twice a day and still, nothing.
So what is the best toothpaste for whitening teeth. Also is there anything else I can do to make them whiter. Use mouthwash or what?
Thanks.
Is it really effective?
Is gargling it like mouth wash the best method of using it?
How often is it safe to do so?
Will it harm my teeth?

Are Teeth Whitening Procedures Dangerous?
Executive Summary teeth whitening procedures by Ashley Kennedy
Lots of people are going crazy after teeth whitening procedures just for the sake of an impressive smile and attractive looks. They are not aware of the dangers that are attached to the artificial and chemical exposure to your teeth. The chemicals do react with the tissues and teeth inside your mouth. It is suggested that if by any means you happen to swallow even a part of the whitening gel or any other product, you must drink water so that they get diluted and do less harm to your body.
Also if you have any other teeth disorder, it might give negative results and might even enhance the problem also. Teeth whitening procedures can be done at the dentist’s clinic and there are home kits that can be used at home on your own. If you go to the dentist you have options of modern and technically developed procedures that will give you instant result and in one or two sittings you will get dazzling white teeth. If you choose the procedures that can be done at home, in complete privacy and performed on your own.
